The tasting room and terrace at this winery both are cozy spaces and offer views of the vines themselves.
Duck Walk Vineyards
This family owned vineyard has two locations, one in Southold and one in Water Mill. These vineyards span 140 scenic acres and produce over 5,000 cases of wine a year. They have unique drinks that make it worth the drive out to these wineries. An example of one of their best drinks is their Vidal Ice Wine, which is made from grapes that were frozen while on the vines.
Mattebella Vineyards
This small family farm is committed to producing the best wine possible. Located on the North Fork of Long Island, they are dedicated to omitting all herbicides from the growing process in order to create a rich and pure fruit. This will create a transparent and clean character of wine that is uniquely expressive to Long Island. This winery features some of the best outdoor tasting environments for their clientele and even provides small bites to go along with some of the wines in order to really highlight the flavor.
