With 2018 right around the corner, it’s time to consult your family and friends to figure out your plans for the big night! Luckily, there is no limit to the many bars, restaurants and other establishments throwing huge, over-the-top events. So, without further ado, here are the New Year’s Eve parties on Long Island that you’d be silly not to attend.

Leonard’s Palazzo

Head on out to Leonard’s Palazzo in Great Neck this New Year’s Eve for one of the largest, most ornate parties on Long Island.

This venue, which is at the peak in opulence and luxury, is located along the fabled North Shore. It exudes timeless elegance, from its Bavarian-cut crystal chandelier to hand-painted murals and a spectacular ballroom.

The party is set to last from 8:30 pm to 2:00 am and will include a cocktail hour, top-shelf open bar, dinner and dessert. Leonard’s Palazzo’s New Year’s Eve event will also feature an exclusive DJ to play current hits and classic party favorites to keep the dance floor going all night long!

Around midnight, they will broadcast the live feed of the ball dropping in Times Square. At the end of the evening, guest can enjoy delicious treats from a breakfast-to-go station. With VIP seats still available, call today to reserve your table for the festivities.

The party will last from 9 pm to midnight, with doors opening at 7 pm. If you purchase your tickets in advance online, admission will only cost $70 per person.

Throughout the night, there will be a buffet and tons of festive cocktails. As midnight approaches, hats, party favors, noise makers and streamers will be available for guests to enjoy. Mulcahy’s will, of course, broadcast the ball drop on its huge TV’s.

DJ Jonathan Move and DJ Mike Savage will be on hand to provide popular tunes and jams for the momentous annual celebration. 

Le Caire Lounge

Last but not least, the popular Le Caire Lounge in Williston Park is another great local destination to ring in New Year’s in style. Besides a premium open bar, there will be passed hors d’ouevres from 9 pm to 10 pm and fresh fruit hookahs available.

As for entertainment, Le Caire will host live DJ’s with state-of-the-art sound systems and even a belly dance show! At midnight, guests can partake in a complimentary champagne toast while watching the ball drop. Don’t forget, the lounge stays open until 4 am!
